Dear Cynthia,

The holidays are upon us, and now that Thanksgiving is over, it's time to tell you about some updates and additions we've made for Christmas. We have some new projects that you can do at home or at school, and we have some great specialty stores to help you with your holiday gift-giving.

Christmas Caroling & Sheet Music

Carols and music are so much a part of the holidays! I've added some great collections of sheet music for Christmas. If you're going caroling, we have some excellent songbooks for voice, including one for vocal duets. I've also assembled songbooks for specific instruments like guitar, piano, violin and fiddle, and flute.

Christmas Activities

Make your own virtual gingerbread cookie with our Christmas cookie maker from Theoworlds. You can make a gingerbread man, girl, or tree. Then, when you're done, send it as a ecard to your family and friends. It's so cool!

We have some wonderful Christmas activity pages, coloring pages, and puzzles to keep you busy. I've also just created a few new coloring and activity pages that are centered around the story of the Nativity.

One of our suppliers also has a set of classroom activity/games for the holidays that you can purchase, so we've included those as well.

Christmas Costumes

Whether you're looking for costumes for a Christmas pagent, Christmas caroling, or a Christmas party we probably have the costume you need. We have incredible Santa Suits and costumes for Mrs. Claus, beard and wig sets, and excellent elf costumes and hats.

We also have costumes for your Christmas pagent needs with biblical costumes and angel costumes for kids and adults. We even have holidays costumes for your pets.

Decorating and Entertaining

In our Christmas Decorating section you will find directions on making a holiday wreath and other projects, as well as shops that I've built out for Christmas Lladro figurines, Kincade Santas, ornaments for sports fans, collectible Christmas trees, and more...

Meanwhile in our Christmas Entertaining section, we have recipes, holiday hotlines, turkey roasting times, and other helpful information.

Later this week, I'll tell you more about the other great areas within the Christmas section in our Monthly Grab Bag. Feel free to look around the entire Christmas category for wonderful holiday games, Christmas stories, and holiday traditions.

Finally, we'd like to thank everyone that has used our site to do some of their Christmas shopping. Every purchase you've made helps to support our work on ClassBrain. Thank you so much! Please tell your friends... We rely so much on your recommendations to friends and teachers. God Bless.
