Alaska State Flower
This cute little reference includes the history of the forget-me-not as Alaska's state flower, including it's designation by the Igloos, and the poems that were contained in the 1917 bill.

Alaska State Tree
The Sitka Spruce is Alaska’s official tree. This site has great information about the tree, and it's adoption. There's also a great photo if you want one.
