A Zac Posen Dress that You Can Code

Zac Posen LED dress

Okay, this is one of the coolest things ever! How about a “little black dress” that you can code to sparkle and twinkle with moving LED lights…

There is a site called Made w/Code by Google (of course) where there is all sorts of cool things that you can make with a bit of coding.  The coding is done with a simple building block code that is based on M.I.T.’s Scratch. You can watch the video about the girls who actually got to see their patterns done on a real dress below.

If you think it’s cool, which I can’t imagine that you wouldn’t, why not try your hand at coding your own version of the dress. You may not get to see yours on the runway, however, you CAN code a virtual version of the dress and show it off to your friends.

Then, take a look around the rest of the madewithcode.com site. There are some incredibly fun projects here for you and your friends to do. Practice some code. Have some fun. Make something. Learn something new.
